We are pleased to welcome you to LUX Posillipo Bed and Breakfast and vwe invite you to read the internal regulation.

Check in is from 14:00 to 20:00 and check out is by 11:00.

All guests must (by law) show a valid identification document, without which unfortunately we will not be able to host you. Therefore it is forbidden to bring home guests who have not been registered.

For public safety reasons, guests are not allowed to allow other people to access the B&B at any time.

The municipality of Naples provides for a tourist tax of €2.50 per person/day for the first 14 days of the visit.

breakfast will be served in your room from 8:00.

Daily cleaning of the rooms is from 10:30 to 13:00 (Only if you leave the room free). After this time, cleaning will not be carried out.

Make sure you close the elevator doors tightly.

Throw only toilet paper down the toilet, for other waste use the bin.

Smoking is prohibited.

Pets not allowed

It is possible to leave your luggage in the entrance if you have scheduled departure at a different time. In any case, we decline all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to objects belonging to you.

The common area (the corridor) is video-monitored in compliance with the principles, rules and obligations established by the general provision 28/04/10 of the privacy guarantor.

It is recommended to maintain a behavior that at no time of the day can disturb the tranquility of others.

Each guest will be required to compensate for damages caused by the improper use of the complementary equipment. At the end of the stay the keys must be returned. In case of loss, the damage will be charged.
